Thank you so much for shopping with us! We strive to provide you with with styles you'll fall in love with however, we understand things don't always work out! Returns are accepted within 21 days of the delivery date for exchange of size or store credit (store credit never expires). It is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping charges to return the item(s) back to us.

All merchandise must be in NEW CONDITION (original tags attached and in tact if applicable, unworn, free of fragrance, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, rips/tears, etc.)

Shoes must be returned in their original box inside another box or shipping package and in brand new condition without any damage. Please do not ship the shoes back with the label on the outside of the shoe box.

Sale items, bodysuits/intimates, hats, gift cards, and items that are purchased during any kind of sale/used with a discount code of 30% or higher are FINAL SALE. If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. Items purchased under the "Final Sale" tab ($20 & Under, Last Ones, Sale Items) are not eligible for store credit. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, intimates, & hats will not be accepted.

If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please email us at within 2 days of being delivered and we will do what we can to rectify the situation.

How to make a return:

  • Make sure your return is within the policy period & meets ALL return requirements.
  • Please return your item(s) to the address listed below. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • We suggest mailing your package with a tracking number and make sure your items are securely packaged when sending back a return. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
  • Please make sure to include your packing slip in with your return.
  • Once we receive your package & the return is processed, store credit will be issued to the email address we have on file. Returns are usually processed within 2 days of receiving.
  • If you wish to exchange the size of your item(s), you can write the size needed on your packing slip or a separate piece of paper. Please note, due to our inventory constantly changing we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock. If the item is out of stock, store credit will be issued for the item. 

If an order was placed through Afterpay and the item was returned, the customer is still responsible for paying the remaining balance for the returned item through Afterpay even though store credit is received.

We will hold non-returnable merchandise that was sent back to us for 30 days. After 30 days, if the reshipment fee has not been paid the item(s) will be donated to charity. 

Please make sure that your return is within the policy period & meets all return requirements. Items that are not eligible for return will be shipped back to the customer & the customer will be charged for shipping.
